Potato chips in the shape of round-cut potato are made from fresh potatoes by briefly frying them in sunflower oil, then sprinkling them with iodised food salt and colouring and flavouring them with red bell pepper extract. They are packed in brightly designed metallised food bags of 55 g (-4.5 g) and 140 g (-4.5%). Moisture content of the chips is -6.0% (±0.2%).
